("Infynity.Dev", "we", "our", "us"). By using our website, purchasing our products, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Infynity.Dev is a digital development brand operated by YENI BRIDGE LTD., registered in Istanbul, Türkiye. We specialize in providing comprehensive development solutions including:

All our solutions are available as ready-to-purchase products or can be fully customized to meet your specific requirements. We provide ongoing support and maintenance services for clients worldwide.
Scope of Agreement
- Use of the Infynity.Dev website and any digital services offered through it.
- Direct purchases of ready-made products (WordPress plugins, WooCommerce extensions, browser extensions, Adobe scripts).
- Custom development services including websites, mobile apps, WordPress/WooCommerce plugins, browser extensions, and Adobe scripts.
- Statements of work and service agreements between you and YENI BRIDGE LTD.
- Use and licensing of products developed and distributed by Infynity.Dev, whether sold directly or exclusively via Envato Market.
Professional Services & SOW
We offer both ready-to-purchase products and custom development services across our six core service areas:
- Ready-to-Purchase Products: WordPress plugins, WooCommerce extensions, browser extensions, and Adobe scripts are available for immediate purchase and download.
- Custom Development: Custom web development, app development, WordPress/WooCommerce plugins, browser extensions, and Adobe scripts are governed by a Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal describing scope, deliverables, assumptions, responsibilities, and timelines.
- Client cooperation is required: timely access, reviews, and approvals. Delays in inputs may shift schedules and costs.
- Change requests are handled via written change orders that may affect scope, timeline, and fees.
- Unless stated otherwise, custom services are time-and-materials with estimates for planning, not fixed commitments.
Eligibility & Accounts
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- Account holders are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity under their account.
- We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts for policy violations or fraud risk.
Orders, Pricing & Taxes
- Quotes and proposals are valid for the period stated. Prices may exclude taxes unless specified.
- Taxes, duties, and withholdings are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We may correct typographical pricing errors prior to acceptance or delivery.
Payments & Invoicing
All payments are processed securely via trusted processors. Invoices are issued by YENI BRIDGE LTD., with payment terms defined in the applicable quote, invoice, or agreement. Late payments may incur reasonable administrative or statutory interest charges where permitted by law.
Refunds & Returns
Direct purchases are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy. Refunds for services already rendered or custom development are generally not provided and, if any, are at our sole discretion.
Support
We provide support for all our products and services:
- Ready-to-Purchase Products: Active customers receive technical assistance, bug fixes, and updates during their license or support period for WordPress plugins, WooCommerce extensions, browser extensions, and Adobe scripts.
- Custom Development: Support for custom web development, app development, and custom plugins/extensions is provided according to the terms specified in your Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.
- Support Scope: Support covers bug fixes, troubleshooting, and compatibility updates. Additional customization, new features, or third‑party integrations require a separate agreement or change order.
- Response Time: We aim to respond to support requests within 1-2 business days during our support hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 TRT).
Licensing
- Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, we grant a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use our software per the applicable license terms.
- Unless expressly permitted, you may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or make the software available to third parties.
- Trial or evaluation licenses are for temporary, non‑production use and may be revoked at any time.
Exclusive Envato Sales
Some of our products (WordPress plugins, WooCommerce extensions, browser extensions, and Adobe scripts) may be available as Exclusive Author items on Envato Market platforms (including CodeCanyon, ThemeForest, GraphicRiver, PhotoDune, VideoHive, 3DOcean, Envato Elements). Items published under our brand on these marketplaces are sold exclusively through Envato and governed by Envato's Terms, Licenses, and Support Policies.
- Licensing: Envato Pty Ltd issues licenses; your rights and updates depend on your Envato license type.
- Payments & refunds: Envato handles all transactions and refund requests for exclusive products.
- Support: Support follows Envato's policy; we provide documentation and FAQs for convenience.
- Direct Sales: Products may also be available for direct purchase through our website, subject to these Terms.
Deliverables & Ownership
- Upon full payment, client‑specific deliverables identified in an SOW are assigned to you, excluding our pre‑existing IP and general know‑how.
- Our pre‑existing IP, frameworks, libraries, and tools remain ours; you receive a license to use them as embedded in the deliverables.
- We may reuse non‑confidential, generic learnings and techniques developed during the engagement.
Intellectual Property
All software, source code, content, graphics, documentation, and brand assets under the Infynity.Dev name are the exclusive property of YENI BRIDGE LTD. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, reverse‑engineering (except as required by law), or resale is prohibited. The Infynity.Dev name and logo are protected trademarks.
Confidentiality
- Each party may access the other's confidential information and will protect it using reasonable safeguards.
- Confidential information excludes data that is public, independently developed without use of confidential information, or rightfully obtained from a third party.
- Disclosures required by law are permitted with prompt notice where legally allowed.
Data Processing
- Where we process personal data on your behalf, we act as a processor and you act as a controller as defined by applicable law.
- Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a separate data processing agreement (DPA) with standard safeguards.
- We may use vetted sub‑processors with appropriate contractual commitments.
Security & Data Protection
- We apply industry‑standard security practices and OWASP‑aligned principles.
- We do not store payment card data; processors handle transactions.
- See our Privacy Policy for personal data handling.
Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity (including malware, spam, scraping beyond permitted scope, or attempts to bypass security).
- No unauthorized sharing of licenses or access, or misrepresentation of affiliation.
- Usage must comply with applicable laws and third‑party terms where integrations are involved.
Third‑Party Services
Our products and services may integrate with various third-party platforms and services:
- WordPress & WooCommerce: Our plugins and extensions integrate with WordPress and WooCommerce platforms. We are not responsible for changes, updates, or limitations in these platforms that affect functionality.
- Browser Platforms: Browser extensions integrate with Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and their respective APIs. Changes to browser policies or APIs may affect extension functionality.
- Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe scripts are designed for specific versions of Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe applications. Updates to Adobe software may require script updates.
- Payment & Analytics: Some solutions may integrate with payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) or analytics services (Google Analytics). We are not responsible for changes, outages, or limitations in these services.
We strive to maintain compatibility, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted functionality when third-party services change their APIs, policies, or features.
Open‑Source & Third‑Party Code
Software may include open‑source components or third‑party libraries. Their use is governed by the respective licenses. In case of conflict, those licenses prevail for the covered components.
Service Availability & Maintenance
- Unless expressly agreed in a separate SLA, services are provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis without guaranteed uptime.
- Maintenance windows or emergency work may cause temporary interruptions; we aim to minimize impact.
Maintenance, Updates & Beta
- We may provide updates, patches, or new versions. You are responsible for installing updates in your environment.
- Beta or experimental features are provided "as is" and may change or be discontinued at any time.
- We may modify features to improve performance, security, or compliance.
Warranties & Disclaimers
Our website, services, and software are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. While we strive for reliability, performance, and security, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YENI BRIDGE LTD. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to use of our products or services.
Term & Termination
- These Terms remain in effect while you use the site, products, or services.
- We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, or legal/safety reasons. You may terminate by ceasing use and, for paid services, per your SOW terms.
- Upon termination, licenses cease unless otherwise stated; accrued payment obligations survive.
Compliance, Export & Sanctions
- You represent that you are not subject to sanctions and will not use the products in embargoed countries or prohibited end‑uses.
- You agree to comply with applicable export, import, and sanctions laws and regulations.
General Terms
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third‑party claims arising from your unlawful use or breach of these Terms.
- Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for delays due to events beyond reasonable control.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without consent; we may assign in connection with a reorganization or transfer of business.
- Notices: Legal notices to legal@infynity.dev; operational notices via your account email.
- Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- Independent Contractors: The parties are independent contractors; no partnership or agency is created.
- Headings & Interpretation: Headings are for convenience only. "Including" means "including without limitation".
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with referenced policies and the applicable order or SOW, constitute the entire agreement.
- Order of Precedence: A signed contract or SOW prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.
- Governing Law & Venue: Laws of the Republic of Türkiye; courts of Istanbul, Türkiye have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Survival: Sections concerning IP, confidentiality, data processing, payment, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute terms survive termination.
- Language: English is the controlling language of these Terms.
